Today no desire to cook, so food selected (1x rump steak with onions and fries, 1x turkey steak with mushroom cream sauce, fried potatoes and salad), ordered online and picked up. According to the statement, the food should be ready for collection in 30 minutes. Was there 25 minutes after my online order and what can I say. Food was ready on time! Portions ample and really tasty. Please keep it up ... and people please keep supporting the restaurateurs and indulging yourself in this way from time to time. Top!

Because of Corona, we brought take-away food there, a bit more expensive but very tasty and sufficiently large portions. Also great, the food comes in special cardboard boxes.

I made the following experience with the host, who is obviously also the manager of the company. - Most of the time, he stands right at the entrance and welcomes the guest, so far it's almost normal. However, his demeanor is like an unfriendly disco master. He does not return the guest's greeting and goes straight to the question: Yes, he is asking what you want here at all. - Despite the very large restaurant with a huge terrace area. he hesitates if you have not just made a reservation, where the guest (obviously based on sales expectations) sends you to a blanket, and he may change the place afterwards. - He runs so fast and hectic that he once ran over his colleague in front of me, the beach came out of the kitchen with the food, so that a steep portion of the food fell to the floor. It was much stranger that of course he perceived it well, but neither helped his colleague nor apologized for it. - Otherwise I noticed how badly he treats the employees. - He doesn't even thank you for a tip with almost 20% . It was also very noticeable that he kept throwing skeptical looks at the guest and the colleague. He makes an unpleasant impression that with him, the guest, please excuse the comparison, it would be a pure "sales machine". For me and as sorry as I am, there is such a leader, of all places in the "gastronomy" Out of place. But especially not good for the residents of the area. In any case, I hope he takes the criticism to heart and changes his approach.

We came across the Bickendorfer Hof by chance and don't want to miss it anymore! The food is fresh and delicious, the staff friendly and attentive. We are always happy when we can sit in the beautiful beer garden and drink a delicious white wine. Kudos to the super nice boss! We like to come back often :)

Delicious food, great service, fast and friendly. When it gets warmer there is a nice beer garden outside. Even the espresso tastes ... New owner has managed to continue the Bickendorfer Hof. Even in the toilets there are hygiene products and diapers for the little ones.
